剧情:

面对自我邪恶双生的另一面，你该任其操控，或是奋力抵抗？海伦，自行车快递员，在一次事故遭受创伤并康复时，她开始经历一些奇怪的场景–时间丢失、幻觉和梦游。这时她发现自己有一个良性肿瘤，是一个”消失的双胞胎”。23年前她母亲堕胎没有成功，她的姐妹成了在子宫内未被吸收的残余物而且和她融合在一起。随着时间的推移，肿瘤导致她表现越来越黑暗并精神错乱。随着海伦的情绪和心理状态进一步恶化，邪恶双胞胎打算从脱离本体，对海伦和她最好的朋友莫莉的构成了威胁……
